The short version on safety, age limits and what to wear.
Safety
Is it safe?
Yes, provided you follow the rules. We supply a protective suit, a helmet with a visor, gloves and tools. Staff run a short safety briefing before you start, and it is mandatory.
What shoes should I wear?
Closed-toe shoes only. Open shoes, sandals and flip-flops are not permitted in the room, because there is glass on the floor. This is a safety requirement rather than a preference — without closed-toe shoes we cannot let you in.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes you would not mind ruining. The protective suit goes over the top, but dust and small fragments still get through.
Age and group size
What is the minimum age?
Fourteen. Anyone under eighteen needs an adult present.
How many people fit in a room?
Up to four. The price is per package rather than per person, so a group works out cheaper each.
Can I come on my own?
Of course. Plenty of people do.
Booking and payment
How long is a session?
Ninety minutes per room, including the briefing and clean-up. Packages differ by how many items you get, not by time.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes. Message us at least 24 hours before your slot and we will move it, no questions asked.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken on arrival for now. Online payment via Click and Payme is coming later.
